interns

Learn about our internship program.

For over 30 years, CPC has welcomed interns to join our staff team. As they serve the church and community, we intentionally invest in their spiritual, personal, and professional growth. Interns gain leadership experience, grow together, and serve in a specific department based on their interests and church needs. Opportunities include Kids & Student Ministries, Communications, Finance, Production, Missions, and more!

What do past interns have to say?

"This summer was transformational for me in so many different ways. Teaching others about the Lord while also developing a deeper relationship with Christ for myself was so powerful. Doing these two things alongside of the other interns who were doing the same, led me to make some of my best friends that I know I will stay connected to forever!" -Nicola

"I was able to find God through my interactions with others in my time as an intern. I learned how to acknowledge how God is working around me and through me." -Oskar

"During this internship I learned that I will look for community in future jobs. The CPC team is so supportive and uplifting that going to work was fun! I always looked forward to seeing the interns and my team. This is the kind of environment that I am hoping to find in my future workplace cultures." -Ava

Why CPC?

Our internships are intentionally designed to pour into you as you pour out to others. You’ll grow alongside other interns while gaining hands-on experience in ministry, building lasting relationships, and making a meaningful impact on our church community.
