Ways to Give

At CPC, we believe giving is something God wants for us, not from us—so we seek to be open-handed in investing generously in one another and in our church. Along with consistent prayer, financial gifts help sustain CPC staff, kids and student programming, care ministries, worship, missions, and more.

Giving online is simple and secure. Select the “Give Now” button to make a one-time or recurring gift online.

For New Givers

Select the “Give Now” button above and click “Sign Up.” Enter your contact information, gift amount, and payment information in the boxes provided to make a one-time or recurring gift. The email address and password you include will be used to access your account in the future. Your payment information will also be saved automatically unless you uncheck the “save payment method” box.

For Returning Givers

Sign in to your account here by entering your email address and password. Enter your gift amount and choose your payment method to make a one-time or recurring gift.

Text to Give

Text the word “Give” and a gift amount (for example “Give 20”) to 952.522.2223.

If this is your first time giving through Text to Give, you will receive a text containing a link to login or create an account.

- After your first Text to Give transaction, your account and payment information will be recognized automatically and you will simply reply “Y” to confirm your gift.
- If you need to update your payment method, text the word “update” to receive a link to login and manage your account.

Seasonal offerings: By default, gifts made by text will go to CPC’s Ministry Fund. If you would like to give to a seasonal offering, text your keyword, a space, and amount (for example: Christmas 20) to 952.522.2223.

We invite you to fill out a Digital Generosity Intention Card to let us know your plan for giving in 2025.

Stock Giving

We accept stock transfers as a form of giving. Please have your broker contact Morgan Stanley to make the transaction. Please also notify Christ Presbyterian Church at giving@cpcedina.org as to the date of transfer, name of stock, and number of shares so that your gift can be recorded and acknowledged appropriately.

Planned Giving

We accept donor-advised funds and IRA distributions as a form of giving. Contact Mara Amiot (Executive Director) to learn more about planned giving, endowments, and other legacy gifts.

Qualified Charitable Distributions

Givers 70.5 and above can donate up to $105,000 in 2024 from an IRA directly to a non-profit without triggering any federal income tax. A QCD distribution allows you to reduce taxable income, achieve your giving goals, and satisfy your required minimum distribution.

How do I give online?

For New Givers

Do I have to log in or create an individual account to give online?

Yes, you will use an email address and password to create an account to give online.

Accessing your account allows you to edit contact information, view your giving history, edit/save payment information, and create/edit a recurring gift. Additionally, with saved billing and payment information, you can complete future online giving in fewer steps.

How do I make changes to my online giving profile or saved payment information?

Log in to your account in your web browser or on your SecureGive app using your saved email address and password.
Click the person icon in the top right corner.
In the “Payment Methods” section, edit, add, or delete payment information as needed.
Click “Save."

Does CPC pay fees on my online gift?

CPC pays the following fees based on payment method:

Debit Cards - 1.75% + 30¢ per transaction

Credit Cards - 2.5% + 30¢ per transaction

ACH - $1.25 per transaction

My spouse and I give separately. How do I request that our giving not be linked?

Email us to request that your and your spouse’s giving be kept separate.

I’d like my giving to be from both me and my spouse. Do I need to include my spouse’s name when I give a gift?

No, please use only your name when making a gift. All giving is done on an individual basis. You will only be able to see gifts made under your name in your account.

Joint giving statements including gifts made to CPC by both you and your spouse will be sent to you for tax purposes.
