How do I give online?
To give online, please follow these steps:
- Visit our Give page and click the GIVE TO OUR MINISTRY FUND button.
- In the Gift Amount box, type in the dollar amount you wish to give. Then use the First Name, Last Name, and Email Address boxes to enter your information.
- Select your Payment Method by clicking on the CREDIT CARD or BANK ACCOUNT buttons. Then enter your payment information. Note that “Save for future use” will be automatically checked. Uncheck this box if you do not want your payment method saved.
- Click the COMPLETE GIFT button.
*Note: Whichever email address you use to complete your first gift will be used to log in to your account in the future.
How do I set-up a recurring gift?
To set up a recurring gift, please follow these steps:
- Visit our Give page and click the GIVE TO OUR MINISTRY FUND button.
- In the Gift Amount box, type in the dollar amount you wish to give as a recurring gift, and click the MAKE THIS A RECURRING OR FUTURE GIFT button.
- Using the Given drop-down list, select the frequency (weekly, monthly, etc.).
- In the Starting From box, type the date you want your gift to start.
- Use the First Name, Last Name, and Email Address* boxes to enter your information.
- Select your Payment Method by clicking on the CREDIT CARD or BANK ACCOUNT buttons. Then enter your payment information. Note that “Save for future use” will be automatically checked. Uncheck this box if you do not want your payment method saved.
- Click the COMPLETE GIFT button.

Do I have to create an account (or login) to give online?
No, it is not necessary to create an online account to give online, however, an account will be created automatically after your first online gift. Our system will automatically match your giving based on your billing information and email address. Your account allows you to edit your contact information, view your giving history, print a giving statement, edit/save payment information, and edit your recurring gifts. Additionally, with saved billing and payment information, you can complete future online giving in fewer steps. You may continue to give without logging into an account, however, none of your information will populate for you.
How do I create an account to see my giving history or change my recurring gift?
If you have a recurring gift that was set up before fall 2019 or you usually prefer to give by cash or check, you may want to create an account. Our system will automatically match your giving based on your billing information and email address. Your account allows you to edit your contact information, view your giving history, print a giving statement, edit/save payment information, and edit your recurring gifts. Additionally, with saved billing and payment information, you can complete future online giving in fewer steps.
If you have given online using our new system (implemented fall 2019) an account will have been created for you automatically with the email address or phone number you used at that time.
- Visit our Create an Account page.
- Enter your information into the boxes. Note: Whatever you enter for “Email Address or Mobile Phone” will need to be used to log in to your account in the future.
- You will receive a link at the email address or mobile phone number you provided asking you to verify your account. (Please note that if you use a mobile phone number you will need to manage your giving from your phone since that’s where your login link will be sent.)
- Visit our Give page and click Manage Your Account.
- Enter the same email address or mobile phone number to login.
*Note: Don’t worry if you don’t see your giving history right away, it may take up to 48 hours for your account to link with your giving history. If you have any questions email giving@cpcedina.org.
How do I view my giving statement?
- Visit our Giving History page.
- Enter your email address or mobile phone number into the box and click the SEND A LINK TO LOGIN button.
- A secure one-time-use link will be sent to the email address or mobile number you provide; in the body of the message is a button with the word “login.” Click on that button. You will be directed to your giving history page.
- To see your year-to-date commitment and giving statement, click the PDF STATEMENT button. You can also scroll down to view your giving history for the current year.
How do I log in to my account?
- Visit our Give page and click Manage Your Account or click the GIVE TO OUR MINISTRY FUND button if you wish to login in order to offer a new gift.
- Enter your email address* or mobile phone number into the box shown below and click the SEND A LINK TO LOGIN button.
- A secure one-time-use link will be sent to either the email address or phone number you provide; in the body of the email is a button with the word “login.” Click on that button. You will be brought back to the page you were just on.
*Please note: only one email address or mobile phone number can be used to log in; if you used an email to create your account or give your first gift, use that same email address each subsequent time to access your account. Alternately the same is true if you used your mobile phone number. If you want to change your login to a different email or mobile phone number please contact giving@cpcedina.org.
I'd like my giving to be from both me and my spouse. Should I put my spouse's name when I give a gift?
No, please use only your own name when making a gift. Behind-the-scenes, we will tie your giving information to your spouse’s account so that you will receive joint giving statements. Adding your spouse’s name on the form (as a middle name or elsewhere) will create a duplicate account in our database, not link your spouse’s name to the gift.

- Click the PROFILE button.
- Scroll down to the Gift/Visibility Permission section to confirm your spouse is listed.

My spouse and I give separately. How do I request that our giving not be linked?
Simply email us at giving@cpcedina.org to request that you and your spouse’s giving is kept separate. We will let you know that this change has been made, and then you can follow the steps below to verify:
- Visit our Give page and click Manage Your Account.
- Login to your account by entering your email address* or mobile phone number into the box and click the SEND A LINK TO LOGIN button. A secure one-time-use link will be sent to either the email address or phone number you provide; in the body of the email is a button with the word “login.” Click on that button to be brought back to the page you were on.
- Click the PROFILE button.
- Scroll down to the Gift/Visibility Permission section to confirm your spouse is not listed.

How do I make changes to my recurring gift?
To edit your recurring gift, please follow these steps:
- Visit our Give page and click the Update your Recurring Gift .
- Login to your account by entering your email address* or mobile phone number into the box and click the SEND A LINK TO LOGIN button. A secure one-time-use link will be sent to either the email address or phone number you provide; in the body of the email is a button with the word “login.” Click on that button to be brought back to the page you were on.
- Click the EDIT button to make changes to your scheduled contribution. On this screen, you can change your gift amount, the frequency of your gift, the next start date, your billing address, select a different payment method, or create a new payment method.
- Once your changes have been made, click the SUBMIT button.

How do I stop my recurring gift?
To delete your recurring gift, please follow these steps:
- Visit our Give page and click Update your Recurring Gift.
- Login to your account by entering your email address* or mobile phone number into the box and click the SEND A LINK TO LOGIN button. A secure one-time-use link will be sent to either the email address or phone number you provide; in the body of the email is a button with the word “login.” Click on that button to be brought back to the page you were on.
- Click the DELETE button next to the scheduled contribution you wish to remove.
- Click the OK button to confirm the deletion.
- Click on Recurring Gifts to refresh the page and confirm that it no longer shows in your list.

How do I make changes to my online giving profile or saved payment information?
To make changes to your online giving profile, please follow these steps:
- Visit our Give page and click Manage Your Account.
- Login to your account by entering your email address* or mobile phone number into the box and click the SEND A LINK TO LOGIN button. A secure one-time-use link will be sent to either the email address or phone number you provide; in the body of the email is a button with the word “login.” Click on that button to be brought back to the page you were on.
- In the Contact Information section, you can update your phone number(s), email address, and mailing address.
- In the Your Saved Payment Methods section, you can edit and delete your saved payment methods.
- After making any profile changes, make sure to click the SUBMIT button under the Gift/Visibility Permission section.
- Click the OK button in the pop-up window.

How do I update my address on my online giving profile?
- Visit our Give page and click Manage Your Account.
- Login to your account by entering your email address* or mobile phone number into the box and click the SEND A LINK TO LOGIN button. A secure one-time-use link will be sent to either the email address or phone number you provide; in the body of the email is a button with the word “login.” Click on that button to be brought back to the page you were on.

Can I change the designation of my recurring gifts?

What fees does CPC pay on my online gift?
CPC pays the following fees according to payment method:
- Credit & Debit Card gifts: 3.90% + $0.20/transaction
- ACH gifts: 1.90% + $0.20/transaction
