Giving FAQ

Once you have set up your recurring gift in our new giving platform, we will turn off your recurring gift in the old platform for you. If you want to deactivate your recurring gift in the old platform yourself, please follow the steps below.

To log into the old giving platform:

Click here to access the old giving platform
Enter your email address into the box provided and select “send a link to login.”
An email will be sent to the email address you provided with a secure one-time-use link. Select the “login” link in the message to access your account information through the giving page.

To turn off your recurring gift and delete your payment method:

Click the recurring gift tab and click “Delete” next to your recurring gift.
Click the profile tab and scroll to your saved payment methods.
Click delete next to your payment method. NOTE: You must delete the recurring gift tied to a payment method before you can delete that payment method.
